Phillips, Sr. Survived by: wife, Conni; daughter, Vicki Yingling of Andover; son, Ernie Yingling (Lisa) of Andover; mother, Nina Phillips of Nevada, MO; sister, Cynthia Phillips of Nevada, MO; grandchildren, Casey Yingling (Stephen Maurer), Jessica Johnston-Oster (David), Curtis Yingling, Chelsea Yingling; great-granddaughter, Kileigh Oster.
