Dick was a trusted advisor and dear friend. He was thoughtful, helpful and left a positive legacy. He will be missed. Condolences to Alisa and his family.
I have known Dick West for many years. I wish it could have been more.
He is the closest I will have, corny as it sounds, to a big brother.
We spent countless hours together sharing meals, playing golf, drinking wine and sometimes formally talking business. Through all of those times, he praised my successes and carefully guided me through my failures. Always gracefully cautioning me that neither defined me.
I am grateful to have had him as a friend, and deeply saddened at losing him.
Rest in peace, Dick.
Your friend,
Bobby D
