  1. To the Family and Friends of Benny Jubela From his Colleagues and Friends At Pratt & Whitney Canada To Benny’s Family, Please accept the deepest condolences from the Pratt & Whitney Canada PW308A Program team in Toronto Canada who were working with Benny for many years in support of the Horizon program. Not only was Benny the consummate professional in all the matters between our teams, he was a true friend of the whole PWC team. His sincerity, honesty and strong team spirit were greatly appreciated. We always looked forward to our meetings with Benny both in Wichita and Toronto/Montreal. It was a big shock to hear of his passing. We will deeply miss his hearty good nature and friendly attitude. John Wyzykowski, Peter Buckley, Scott Hendershot, Henry Teichman, Dave Eddolls, Don Moase, Nathan Salzman, Peter Elbrow, Son Doan To Benny’s Family, I would like to extend my deepest sympathies. The news about Benny’s passing came as a great shock. I had the privilege of working with Benny for 3 years and the fine memories of those days will remain with me a lifetime. He was always professional in his work and rarely would I see him without a smile. He will sadly be missed. His colleague and friend, Vlad Lancheres Benny was by far the finest individual I ever had the privilege of working with at Raytheon. His soft Texas drawl and his easy manner made him a joy to do business with. Benny will be missed not only as a working partner but as a friend. Best Regards Danny Hughes Regional Manager Western Region Pratt & Whitney Canada Field Operations Dear Family and Friends of Benny, The news of Bennys passing came as a great shock to his many friends at P&WC. Benny was appreciated by the people he dealt with during the many years that he was the customer focal point for our company. Benny had that rare quality of being a hard task master and a well respected working colleague. He had the ability to look after RAYTHEONs interests by challenging his suppliers to improve but at the same time obtaining the trust and respect of his suppliers. I had the pleasure of working with Benny for a number of years on T1A, Beechjet and more recently the Hawker 4000 programs and therefore have first hand knowledge of his contributions to P&WC, RAYTHEON and the Aviation industry. Benny will be sorely missed by all those whose lives he touched in the industry and I suspect on the other side of his life. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you his family and friends at this very sad time. Archie Tannock PW308A Project Engineering Pratt & Whitney Canada To the Family of Benny Jubela: Please accept my sincere condolences on your loss. May he rest in peace and my thoughts are with you at this sorrowful time. Benny was not only a business friend but a personal friend as well. Many a time we would spend talking about his past flying experiences, his keen interest in the business, his passion for golf; but most of all his love for his daughter. I will always remember Benny for his kind and gentle demeanor with a sense of humor that was contagious. John Wright VP Marketing (retired) Business Aviation & Military Engines Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. Longueuil, Quebec Canada To the Family and Friends of Benny, I am deeply saddened to hear the news that Benny has passed away. He represented Raytheon Supply Chain with conviction and integrity, and built strong relationships with many P&WC people through his work on Legacy and Hawker 4000 programs. Even beyond this, his personality and openness brought many of us at P&WC to develop strong friendships with him. He was a favorite at our Golf Tournaments and social outings. A tragic occurrence to an outstanding individual and he will be truly missed. Craig Huisson Marketing Pratt & Whitney Canada

  2. Brenda, My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time. Send my regards to Benny’s family as well. I know he meant so much to you. Let us know if there is anything you need.

  3. Benny was a very good friend who was always willing to help others. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Brenda and his family. He will be missed.

  4. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss. Benny was a good guy to work with and I am saddened by his passing.

  5. To family and friends We cannot say enough good things about our great friend Benny. A man that always focused on the positive side of everyone he met and everything he did; dedicated to his duties, loyal to his responsibilities, the most supportive person to anyone who he thought needed his help and all undertaken with a huge sense of humor. When our sadness eventually fades, the memories will shine through, but he will be forever greatly missed. Paul and Julie Duff.

  6. Amy…just heard the news and we were so saddened. I can’t imagine how you feel, as we are still in shock. He was such a kind and funny man. I loved playing jokes with him and sometimes on him. I think of him often when Beth and I remember the days back in Centerville. It was a very special time in our lives, and he played a role in making those fond memories . Please accept our deepest sympathies.

  7. Dear Family and Friends of Benny, Through Raytheon Aircraft Company we at Fokker Elmo in the Netherlands heard the sad news about Benny passing away. We have worked with Benny for many years and learned to know him as a passionate and dedicated person, who we will surely miss. Words often sound meaningless in these situations, but on behalf of the Fokker Elmo team we do want to express our sincere condolences to you and your family. We hope that you find strenght with each other. We will think of you and your family in our prayers. Jan Lagasse, Adriaan Leyte, John van Kaam, Rico Engelman

  8. To the friends and Family of Benny, and especially to my good friend Amy, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I feel lucky to have known Benny, and will always have fond memories of him welcoming me into his home and cooking us his amazing feasts! He was a genuinely good and kind person, and will truly be missed. Amy, I wish that I could be there with you right now and that I could somehow ease your pain… You are constantly in my thoughts and in my heart.

  9. Dear Family & Friends I have never known a more positive and friendlier person than Benny. He always had a smile on his face, and a laugh no matter the situation. He was positive and happy in everything he did, or tried to do. I will alsways consider him a true friend and will miss him dearly. Benny would not want us to be sad, but we must be for a while. I will get over his tremendous loss, but he will always remain a constant reminder to me of what is good in our lives. Steve Chambers

  10. As Benny’s former Mother-In-Law, what I remember most about him was his love to cook. I also remember seeing a completely different side of him at the going away party his Dayton neighbors had for them when they were moving to Wichita. He was the life of the party! I had never seen him like that and he made the party fun, in spite of the fact, that for me, it was a very sad occasion because Linda and Amy were moving away from me.

  11. Dear Amy, I send my deepest sympathy; I have remembered you in my prayers this past week and will continue to do so in the future. I am saddened and sorry for your loss. Love, Kim Lawson

  12. I am very saddened to hear of the passing of Benny. I met Benny when I was an AFS exchange student at Seguin SHS in 66-67. I never saw him since, so in my memory he is forever 17 years, always smiling, 66 SHS Junior Favourite, inspirational ace quarterback, and generous soul. He was a gift to the planet. Our sincere condolences to all the family. from Gary Burke Fremantle, Western Australia

  13. Benny was a great Texas Aggie and I sure enjoyed our times sharing Texas talk and Texas A & M talk too. He was a senior in the Corps of Cadets when I was a freshman and we did not know each other then unfortunately. But we shared a deep appreciation not only for Texas A & M but also for Brenda McCurdy.

  14. I know of no one whom didn’t like Benny. He effortlessly made friends everywhere he went. He was one whom made the small feel big and the weak feel strong and treated all with same kindness and respect. He was a blast to joke with, fun to travel with and great man to work with. He was there for advice, there for help and there for just a simple moral boost whether one needed it or not and there were a lot of times I needed it. I will forever be grateful for his encouragement, his support and most of all his friendship.

  15. My office was just down from Benny’s for most of the past two years and I would just like to add that Benny was an extremely hard worker and a solid individual—you should be proud.

  16. Benny, you were always quick with a big grin and a (sometimes painful) punch to the shoulder; thank you for always being a friend and having a greeting for me even after the ‘sheep were separated from the goats’….I’m going to miss you..
