I just learned of Dorothy Clark Keckler passing away. She was a special friend of mine at White City High School Class of 1942. I will always remember Dorotohy as the most fun loving member of our class– always smiling, and having a good time whether at a basketball game or a party. She was one of the WCHS cheerleaders providing enthusiam and cheering on our WCHS Husky football and basketball teams. Great Gal and our sympathy goes out to Bill and the family. She will be missed by her family and many friends, and those who remember our younger days will be consoled by those GREAT MEMORIES–of a wonderful person.
Dear Bill,Patsy,Billy and Families, I have so many special memories of Dorothy. She was such a sweet and loving cousin and always had a smile on her face. It was so much fun when we got together with our Mother’s. There was never a dull moment and we would all laugh so hard we cried. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and we extend our Sincere Sympathy. I am so sorry we will not be able to be at her service, but we will be there in spirit and on behalf of The Hunter Family, we send our Love and Sympathy. I plan to give to the Memorial in memory of Dorothy. Hope that your precious memories will help you through this difficult time! Blessings and Love, Shirley
The Keckler’s and White’s have always been important families to Susan and I. We shared precious moments at Camp White and at Pilgrim through the years. Dorothy and Bill were staunch supporters of Pilgrim and through their efforts kept the church intact. Loosing Dorothy is a big blow to all of us and especially to the church. But there is one definite positive to Dorothy’s passing, she is now with her beloved daughter Nancy who left us all too soon. Nancy is now showing her mother through the heavenly streets of God. May God bless the Keckler family. We love you.
Bill and Family, Dorothy was a special golden rule person…she was warm hearted and never met a stranger…she will be deeply missed… Walk in the sunshine of her memories…
