I worked will Bill several times over the years, and we both enjoyed playing with and talking about cars. I am sorry I missed his funeral. He was a GREAT guy, and his absence will be most noticeable. My sincere regrets to his family and friends. May God support you and nurture you in Bill\’s absence.
Linda and family… We are so sorry to hear about Bill. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Dear Linda, I’m very sad to learn of Bill’s passing. I worked with Bill for almost 7 years at GPI from my home in OKC. Bill was the best possible co-worker and all around good guy. He was a unique joy to know and work with day in and day out. I will not forget him and his positive influence on lives of those who knew him. He always tried to make things better in any way he could.
I was shocked to see this in the Sunday paper. I am so sorry for your loss and pray The Lord will comfort you during this time. He was a good man.
I have worked with Bill for the past 13 years. He has been a great mentor and I have learned alot form him. He always had or made time to help others. I pray that God will keep all of Bills family close to him and bless them as much as Bill has blessed us. I will see you again someday Bill. Bill may be gone from us here on earth but will never be forgotten.
Randy and Susan – I am so sorry to read about the passing of Randy’s brother.
Bill was always pleasant and a great co-worker to be around and in just a short time because a friend. I will always miss him and his love for fast cars. If there are race buggies in Heaven I’m sure he is in one and at the front of the pack with a big smile on his face. He is gone but never forgotten. God bless you Bill. Happy journey my friend.
I was also privileged to get to know Bill at Great Plains Industries, and to work with him (especially with computer problems) for many years. Bill was truly one of the nicest people I have ever met, and GPI will always feel a little ’empty’ without him. Much sympathy for Bills family.
My deepest sympathy to Bill’s family. Bill was a dedicated co-worker and a loyal friend for 20+ years. I will dearly miss is help and support but appreciate all the time we did share. In time, memories of Bill will help heal today’s pain for all of us.
We were shocked with the news of Bill’s untimely death and are deeply saddened. I had the wonderful opportunity to work for Bill when I was at GPI for almost 9 years. Donna and myself offer our deepest condolences to all of the family.
Jon and Angie – What a shock to hear of your Dad’s passing. He was a wonderful man and always had a special place in our hearts. Peace be with you.
I worked with Bill for over 22 years. You couldn’t ask for a better friend or co-worker. Bill was technically very adept as a designer and was the best checker an engineer could ever have. Bill loved his family and his automobiles and was blessed with an abundance of both. He will be missed by all. Steve Severin
I was so sorry to hear about Bills death. We grew up living across the street from each other as kids on Elm Street in Hutch. I have many memories of fun times and was also in the graduating class of 64. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with your family.
I got acquainted with Bill while attending Pittsburg State. I remember hanging out with Bill and other friends while attending Pittsburg State. Although I lost touch will Bill after college I never forgot him and remember what a great guy he was. It’s real sad news about Bill. I know there is a lot of sorrow when you loose a loved one. My sympathy to his family, he will be missed greatly. Rest in peace Bill, I’ll see you in heaven.
Dear Linda and Family, We were so saddened to hear of the loss of Bill and we all truly grieve with you. Please know you are in our thoughts, hearts and prayers during this difficult time and the days ahead. May God give you comfort and peace as you reflect on Bill’s life and all your sweet and precious memories. The car community of Wichita has lost a great member and we will miss him dearly. The Car Council meetings will not be the same without him – he made them fun and was always willing to help. On behalf of the Mulvane Marauders Car Club we extend our deepest sympathy and blessings to each of his family members. With deepest sympathy, The Marauders Cheryl Boyes
Bill was such a great friend and co-worker at GPI. We had a lot in common when it came to corvettes and racing. Ken Spear mentioned race buggies in heaven; when my husband gets to heaven he will be on the front row with you Bill and then the race will begin. You are loved by many and missed deeply. My thoughts and prayers are with your wife and family. Happy journey home my friend, I will see you in heaven.
John & Kathy: Larry and I were sorry to hear about the loss of your Dad. We won’t be able to attend the funeral but will call and come by to see you soon. Please accept our sympathy. You’re in our thoughts and prayers.
