Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Jayne and sons, so sorry to learn of your loss. I know what you are going through. I lost my husband, Lynn Harner, on June 7, 2007. Jayne, I have made it 6 months. It is hard, but you will make it also. Music and keeping busy helps. Carolyn Harner Broomfield, Colorado after Dodge City.
My heartfelt thoughts are with all the family members. As an honorary Stickney family member in college my loving wishes to all of you. You’ve never been away from me. When close ones leave us I experience a ‘portal’ opening to what lies beyond us and it is very powerful and brings us together in ways that we often don’t experience in our day to day lives. And so may we use this opening to comfort one another and to ask for healing for ourselves as well. Relationships are eternal. My love to the Stickneys and to the Hansens and to friends. Connie Shaver, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Jayne, Matt, Chris, and John: I have a lot of fond memories of time spent at the Hansen home and visiting with everyone around the kitchen table including Dick. I remember Dick as a man of few words, but he was blessed with a great family who will carry his legacy. We are keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. With Love, Fred Jones and Family
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Dick was a wonderful co-worker of mine at the GMF post office. He was a very hard worker that took his job serious. He spoke of his family with pride and joy. We hated to see him leave our unit !!! We thought we would never get another like him……..and we haven’t!! What a guy!!!
Dearest Jayne and sons, My heart and prayers are with you – Dick was always there quietly beside you, cheering you on and I know you will miss him so much. take care my dear friend and mentor and hero- Love, Jacqueline Penner
