Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
I was a student at South High School the year the school opened. While I was not in any of Christa’s classes, one of my favorite memories was of Christa the day we got out for Christmas vacation. She rolled the piano into the main hall and let us sing Christmas carols while we waited on our bus. It was so much fun!
Miss Fisher led the North High Girls Chorus during my years at the school. She was fair, dedicated and an excellent musician. I have thought of her often through the years and still continue to sing with the local Choral Society.
Dear Linda, Christa made me feel so welcome when I joined Sweet Adelines. We roomed together and enjoyed eachother’s company. I have thought of Christa often, she left me with memories I will cherish, always with a smile. I lost your telephone no. after I called to ask about Christa. I hope she didn’t suffer. She left me with wonderful ideas of how to enjoy life in later years. I will miss her alot. It was a pleasure for my quartet to sing for her @ her Birthday party @ Masonic Home. That was a special day for a Special lady. My sympathy to you and your family for your deep loss.
