Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. To Molly, Mandy and Eileen, I have fond memories as a child of us all swinging on the swings at Grandma’s house, hunting for Easter eggs, not sitting at the grown up table, playing down by and in the lake etc. I also have fond memories of spending time together in St. Louis. Over the years, I haven’t seen much of Sean… when Chris was little he and Susie invited us over for lunch. I know his family was important to him. He was always at reunions…remembering old times. Lately we chatted some on Facebook. I’m sad that he is gone, and glad that he is no longer in pain. Mary Anne

  2. A second cousin to me but many good memories with him and his sisters when we were youngsters growing up. My parents Marion and Lola, used to visit Pat and Sharen McDonough often back in the 70’s. My siblings & I would have fun spending time with Sean, Molly, Eileen and Amanda. Sean was the same age as me so we got along good. I’m very sorry and wish I had been able to have spent more with him over the years to share his experiences. In 1982 or 83, I remember attending his wedding reception somewhere in West Wichita and having a good time dancing! I was impressed with his talent at dancing! I believe that may have been the last time he and I saw each other in person. We did reconnect just last year through social media and spoke on the phone with each other. It was good hearing from him and catching up with each others lives. I’ll miss Sean like he was my brother. I’m from Texas and wish I was able to attend the Services but distance and personal circumstances does not make it possible. My Condolences go out to all his family. He will surely be missed. I know I will miss him. Sincerely, Brett

  3. Sean was our farrier for many years when I was growing up. It was my job to hold the horses while he worked, and I have many lasting memories of the knowledge and stories he would share while working. The respect he had for the horses was something I’ll always remember. Condolences to his family❤️

  4. Susie, I remember what fun we had decorating the hall for the wedding reception. Enjoyed getting to know Sean and watch the two of you having fun and laughing . Good memories.
