So sad to hear of Lydia’s death. I have fond memories of the 8 years we worked together at Cudahy. She had one day seniority on me. We worked second shift and on Friday nights when we got off work, we would hit the bars and party!! Lots of good memories. Elaine Benefield
One of my lifelong best friends from the “North End”. Her sense of humor was infectious. She loved to make me laugh. Cannot go into times standing on Rochester before school started and the times we didn’t make it inside for a day. She was smart enough it didn’t matter. In more recent years we all got together a few times a year to talk old and present times. Loved you, girl. Adios for now, but not forever.
Lee was a wonderful person and we were blessed to know her many years. She will be missed. My sister Yvonne and her worked together at Farmland Meat Processing plant years ago. We saw Lee not very long ago and was shocked to here of her passing. Our sympathies to the family. God Rest Her Soul. Yvonne and Debbie Nassif.
I remember with fondness her laughing out loud with all her beautiful sisters… my lifelong best friend, Angie Ramirez, is her niece. Sunday birthday celebrations, babies, weddings, and time spent at the kitchen nook: fashion, music, and dancing. Also kindness in her eyes and a knowing smile, that I was probably a little trouble, but that she understood my wild side. REST IN PEACE, I hope you are dancing with all the saints and sinners! Love, jenny
