Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Lady Di as Jill and I so fondly called you. Words seem so shallow to describe your caring, dynamic, fun loving personality. Such memories I will cherish of our time spent together, especially the lunches at the candle club most often on your fathers tab. You will be greatly missed. Marsha

  2. Dear Ray and the entire family, I am just devastated along with you. Diane was the greatest friend I ever had and even though we led more separate lives after college, she was my very first friend, at age 6 and beyond. She and Tami and I were the 3 Musketeers and we had so much joy together. I truly credit Diane and Tami for helping me live during a difficult childhood. It is due to Diane’s love and Tami’s ongoing friendship that I credit throughout my life. I will never forget Diane, she was an unrepeatable blessing from the Universe, and her love is with us even now. Please take comfort in knowing how deeply she was loved by others and how much her life impacted the world for good. My tears won’t stop. With love, Liz Rieger McGinness, Wichita.

  3. Dear Mr. Ray Frederick and Family: On behalf of Topeka Public Schools, our sincere condolences are extended. Mrs. Frederick was such a beautiful spirit. While I did not get the privilege to meet Mrs. Frederick in person, I serve on the Technical Education Authority Board with Mr. Frederick, her husband who served as the chair of the board for many years and he often spoke of his incredible wife. I also had the opportunity to communicate with Mrs. Frederick by email about scripture as we talked about the devotional Jesus Calling. Her love for people and gentle spirit is a reminder of what love in action looks like as she exemplified that in every way. Her positive, kind spirit could be felt, even through email. Some people are just so special, it’s hard to put in words their impact on the countless people they touched. She and her husband are a light for others and her lasting impact lives on. Her support to Chairman Frederick, ultimately supported all on the TEA Board, and her courageous and compassionate attitude displayed during her illness serves as a testimony to all going through challenge. Mrs. Frederick was an amazing woman. Take solace in your family as you reflect on positive memories of a loving mother, wife, and friend to many across Kansas. Be assured that many are thinking of you during this difficult time. Our thoughts are with you as you reflect on a life well lived full of incredible memories. I personally pray that God’s grace comfort you. May your positive memories of an incredible woman bring you healing and peace. With Deepest Sympathy, Dr. Tiffany Anderson Superintendent of Schools Topeka Public Schools Unified School District 501
