Since Joe and Vicki moved to the Catholic care independent living where we live it was always a pleasure and fun to talk with Joe at Happy hour and Men’s coffee plus waving and sometimes stopping to talk with him as we walked our dogs. We always had something in common since we were both from Dodge City and knew each other then and could reminisce about the past.
We will miss Joe. May he rest in peace.

We aren’t supposed to have “favorite” Uncles, but Joe gave all of the others some stiff competition, maybe because Joe forgot to grow up! He (and Vicki) taught me to water ski and taught me to skate. If you looked up “fun” in Webster’s Dictionary, Joe’s name might not be there, but it should be.
I miss my Dad (Joe’s brother) but I’ve smiled many times this week knowing he welcomed his best friend home. One or the other said, “Hey, Bill! What’s going on?!”
Vicki so so sorry for the loss of Joe such a great man praying for the family

When we moved to SE Wichita, Joe and Vicki were our neighbors. Was so neat finding out they knew my parents when they were in Dodge City. Such kind and friendly people. Vicki, we are thinking of you and all your family.
