I was so sorry to hear of Harry’s passing. We grew up together in the same neighborhood, went to Queen of Martyrs Grammar School and Brother Rice High School. I remember when in 1968 we were all saying goodbye to our friends that were going to college out of state and Harry was one of them. We all wondered why he was leaving to attend college in Kansas, but he was so excited to be going. Good for him, he must have loved Kansas, he never left. Another remembrance is his mother, she played the organ at church all the time, very, very nice woman. Well Harry, RIP buddy. Sorry to say but your passing brought me back to a better place and time, filled with great and endearing memories. Your friend, Mike Coleman.
I worked with Harry. I watched his service today, the part where the minister stated that a co-worker had said “you could hear Harrys smile. ” What a testimony to the nice guy he was. Harry I will miss your comments about my nature photography, You always gave me encouragement. RIP. God comfort your family. Lynn
