Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Sandy was always the counter-balance to her husband, John Wells. I knew her as a gracious, opinionated and well spoken woman who enjoyed living to the fullest and entering willingly into mental jousting matches over some notion of aerodynamics. I will miss her interjections and corrections on my weekly calls with John, before she got her turn on the phone. Michael Ryer, Salem, Oregon

  2. Sandy and I were first cousins. I have fond memories of when our parents visited each other or the holiday gatherings at our grandparents’ ranch or our farm. Sandy was always patient and kind with us younger and probably more mischievous cousins. We sent a donation in her name to Habitat for Humanity. Prayers for her soul and all who will miss her.

  3. My memories of Sandy are of family holiday gatherings when we were kids and family reunions a little later in our lives. I will miss the emails and text messages we occasionally exchanged- I will miss knowing she is there.
May serene and gentle memories give John and family some peace.

  4. Stephanie and Chris
There is no one in the world who can replace our mom. I’m sending you love and light and hope and peace as you move through this moment of grief. Your mom was a rock star! Cherish the memories.

  5. I’m also a retired aeronautical engineer. I first met Sandra while on the Apollo program in Huntsville, Alabama. We became close friends, and stayed in touch for many years. She was a dear friend.
