Erma was born in Scotia, NE, April 13, 1936. Started her family in Lincoln, NE and then relocated to Portage, MI for over twenty-five years. Motivated by her passion for playing golf, she moved to Bluffton, SC for another 23 years. She spent her final year in Wichita, KS. Erma followed a strong moral path, and was devoted to her family, friends and church. Her optimism, smile and sense of humor, will be missed by all her family and friends.
Among countless other life successes, Erma sunk a hole-in-one on the golf course twice in her lifetime; and ironically left this world on the 9th anniversary of her second hole-in-one.
So sorry for the lost of your mother. She certainly was a very fine woman. We loved her sense of humor and her serious concerns, kindness, and love for so many peope.
It is always hard to lose your mom, no matter how old you are. All the many years of memories of love and all those laughs you shared will help with the healing. You will have those all of your lives.
Thanks Uncle Danny! Very nicely said!! She will be missed! I’m happy we had her close to us the last 10 months! We hope to see you again sometime soon!
