Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Aunt Marcia is amazing. Her joy, her love for her family, her faith, and her compassion were unbelievable. I have many fond memories of laughing with her and Mervyn and the rest of the family until we were all in tears. She introduced me to the appropriate time to cry during White Christmas. I will miss her greatly and I will remember compassionately.

  2. Always courageous, kind and spiritual. I knew you for fifty one years guiding all of us with your wisdom. Je t’aime. Love, Jimmy

  3. Marsha has meant so much to our family, from being friends to my parents and after both of their passing always keeping in touch with fond memories and texts at every birthday, anniversary and holiday! She was an angel and shining light to any who were fortunate to know her and call her friend. We will miss her greatly with such sorrow but are so happy that she is finally is finally reunited with her family in the most glorious of reunions in Heaven. Blessings and Comfort to her remaining family and friends.

  4. Marcia and I met at the Bible Study at Martha Buford’s house quite a few years ago. She and I just clicked. We have talked on the phone many times. I will miss her very much.

  5. We loved being around our Aunt Marcia. She was always full of love and laughter and showered us with both. We loved to hear about her travels to New York and the fun she had seeing Broadway shows and the Rockettes. We admired her personal strength and especially her never ending faith in God. She was a strong Christian woman. We love you and will always remeber the gifts of love you gave us.

  6. I never had so much fun sitting next to someone at the firefighters auxiliary luncheons. We laughed almost the whole time we were there. I have know her since I was a baby and she was one of the sweetest moms ever. My mom loved her so much. Going to miss you Marcia!!!Yvonne Cushenbery

  7. My dear friend, I will miss you always. Met you when Mervyn and Eugene became firefighters back in the 50’s. They were good friends and our kids grew up together. We have talked about the end of life many times and I feel she is at rest now. When we talked on the phone, she always said I love you and Marsha I love you.
