Alfred Matz, 79, died Monday, June 27, 2016. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm, Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am, Thursday, June 30, 2016, at Grace Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by his Parents, Alfred and Dorothy Matz. Survived by his Wife, Shirley A. Matz; Daughters, Barbara (Randy) Jahnke, Patricia (Steven) Tronsgard both of Dodge City, KS; Brother, Duane Matz of Broken Arrow, OK; Sister, Judith Einhellig of Wichita, KS; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. A memorial has been established with Grace Lutheran Church, 3310 E. Pawnee, Wichita, KS 67218.
