Antoinette (Doherty) Carroll

Antoinette (Doherty) Carroll, 92, passed away January 9, 2017. Antoinette was born to Laura (Kimpler) and Frank Doherty in Ellinwood, Kansas in 1924, the 6th of 10 children. She was a devoted, dedicated and loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. She filled her familys lives with grace and beauty. Her family was the center of her life. She loved being a mother which she showed in every aspect of her daily life. She loved to cook and sew. She especially loved singing to her children and cuddling with her babies. Through lifes struggles and daily accomplished goals, she demonstrated her great love of God and her over flowing virtues. She is our Amazing Grace. Preceded in death by husband, Dr. Marion O. Carroll; infant son, Marion O. Carroll, II; parents, Frank and Laura Doherty. Survivors: children, Andrea (Dan) Green, Renee Carroll-Morz, Camille (Archie) Carroll-Meairs, Colette Carroll-Dover, Charisse (David) Finch, Marc Jan Carroll, Janelle (John) Carroll-Fines, Yvette Carroll, Marice (Jeffrey) Carroll-Price; 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Francis Springer.
