Antonio “Tone” A. Triana, 34, TV technician for the city of Wichita, died Thursday, August 28, 2025.

Visitation will be 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday, September 1, 2025, at Downing & Lahey Mortuary – East Chapel. Rosary will be at 10:00 am, Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am, both on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Holy Savior Catholic Church.

Tonio was known for having a big heart, great sense of humor, kindest soul and a beautiful smile. He loved the OU Sooners and would support them in every sport. He enjoyed playing golf. Tonio was a great cook and always had his momma trying new recipes. He knew the Lord was always with him and walked beside him. Tonio loved his family and friends so much.

Tonio is survived by his parents, Richard “Ricky” A. and Hermelinda “Linda” Triana; grandparents, Rose Epps, Wally and Mary Padilla; aunts, Julie Epps and Earnest Ross, Sissy (Celia) Padilla; uncle, Jr. Epps; cousins, Jordan, William, Elijah, Jeremiah, Josiah, Mona, J, Cash; numerous other cousins, extended family, close friends; best friend, Devin Howard; and noble four legged friend, Zeek.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with: Alcoholics Anonymous, 2812 East English Street, Wichita, KS 67211.

  7. Very sad news. Rick and Linda may God, comfort and Love stay with you and the family. Will never forget Antonio riding back home with us (Uncle Glenn, Aunt Cecilia, cousins, Esteban, Desmond, and Carlos) after visiting his aunt Dina in Texas. We drove through the Arbuckle Wilderness and he enjoyed feeding all the animals while laughing and talking. He always had a great smile and personality. A light extinguished to soon. Antonio and his dad Ricky also came to visit us in Las Vegas to celebrate his 21st birthday. Rest in Heaven “Tone”
