Zayas of Madison, TN; estranged daughter, Kaye Fullerton of California; grandchildren, Kevin, Chirastian, Kirk and Scott and several great-grandchildren in Kansas; grandson, Chris Zayas and his 3 children of Germany, and 1 in Colorado.
