85, died Saturday, December 12, 2020. Viewing will be from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Downing and Lahey West Mortuary.Graveside Service will be at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Wanda Harmon; husband, Jerry Hollingsworth. Survived by her children, Mike (Brenda) Hollingsworth of Edwardsville, KS, Kathy (Chris) Kimberlin, Sheryl (Curtis) Nelson, David (Diana) Hollingsworth all of Wichita, KS; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; brother, Lt. Col. Tommy (Delphina) Harmon U.S. Army Retired of MD. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202 and American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.

From the first Christmas i had with the family when i couldn’t figure out why the buttons were on the wrong side of the jacket, hearing her chuckle, to the love of family she embraced. We lost the matriarch of the family.
I just became aware of Barbara’s passing and wanted to express my belated condolences. Barbara was a faithful employee at Court Reporting Service, always trustworthy, thoughtful, and kind.
