Betty M. Wells
August 19, 1930 ~ November 3, 2021
Betty Mae (Williams) Wells passed away in her home on November 3, 2021. She was born in Arcadia, KS and lived in the area until moving to Wichita as a young adult. Betty grew up with six siblings, her being the last to survive. She was married to Robert L. Wells who passed in 2019. Together they had 6 children, 11 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Betty lived a wonderful life. She loved her family, friends, and pets. Her days were busy with a weekly lady card group, golf at Crestview Country Club where she was a longtime member, and gardening at her beautiful residence. Being a very competitive person, Betty loved winning and longed to be the very best at everything she attempted. She lived her life to the fullest and was a beautiful, fun, generous, and loving woman.
A special note for the five angels that cared for Betty in her home for the past six months around the clock. They allowed her to finish her life on earth with grace and dignity.
We miss you Mom and will always love you deeply.

Godspeed Betty. Now eternally reunited with your loving Robert. My sympathies to Betty’s family, friends and loved ones.
I met Bob and Betty several years ago when I was hired to service their lawn sprinkler system. They were both so much fun to be around, always friendly and eager to visit. Betty was very proud of her yard and landscaping, and it showed. It was always immaculately kept, and was almost like stepping into paradise. I’ll miss both of them, as well as their beautiful German Shepherd. My life was enriched in knowing them.
