Preceded in death by parents, George and Clara Dody; brother, Wayne Dody. Survived by her husband Leonard (Sam)Spade, Wichita; children, Stan Edmunds(Susan), Wichita, Mary Jane Biltz(Tim), Haven, KS, Mark Spade(Yvonne), San Antonio, TX, John Spade, Folsom, CA; sister, Claudine Johnson, Andover, KS; grandchildren, Stephanie, Stacy, Seth, Mary Rose, Ned, Vincent, Joe, Daniel Timothy; 10 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
