  1. I’m so sad to hear about her passing. She was my nail client when she lived in Ulysses. My condolences to her family… Adored that lady 😥

  2. Some of the best memories of my childhood were had in your house with the entire Phipps clan. I tell my children stories of all the fun I had with all of you growing up. Even after I moved away, I thought of you all often. My first Braves game you were definitely on my mind. LOL I will always carry you all in my heart and I am so very very sorry for the loss of your beautiful Mom. Hugs and prayers

  3. Betty was a great supervisor she worked very hard for the SRS she was always understanding and took care of all of her people that she had as supervisors I definitely will miss her

  4. I remember Betty from when we both lived in Ulysses many years ago. She was very compassionate and so easy to talk to. We became friends but lost contact with each other until a few years ago when we connected on social media. It was so good to have her in my life once more. I will miss her words of wisdom and her witty since of humor. I am so sorry for your loss.

  5. My deepest sympathies to Betty’s family. We attended elementary school in Cimarron, KS. After losing touch for several years, we were reacquainted and rekindled our friendship. She will be missed.

  7. Missing you today grandma. I wish I was able to spend more time with you when you were Earthside. I’ll always remember your warmth, kindness, and how you were always there for your children and grandchildren. You were an incredible mother and grandmother. A true matriarch and an incredible role model to the women in your life. I’m sad I didn’t get to know you better once I became an adult but I’m so lucky I had such a wonderful childhood and a lot of that is thanks to you, grandma. I love you forever. I’ll see you in the next life, where ever that may be.
