Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
‘Beyond our reach, but not beyond our hearts’ Aunt Bettye will live in my heart along with my mom, Patsy, continuing the legacy of the Brittian women. A legacy of strong women, whose love of family and friends was foremost in thier lives. Aunt Bettye was so giving of herself. If you went to her home , you never went away hungry or without a smile on your face! I am so thankful I was able to come out and see her this summer. Keep her alive in your hearts. My prayers are with you all and I wish I could be with you and attend the memorial for her. Love, Julie and Dennis Pimentel, niece and nephew in California
My heart is saddened at the loss of Bettye. I was her neighbor the last few years and what a joy she was having around. Each spring we would crawl out of our caves and meet outside to deal with our gardens, discuss the latest gossip and share a cold beverage. I will always remember when she would take off for bridge in her wonderful, colorful outfits. She is the only one I know who wore more yellow and orange and green than myself!!! I will try to hold up the tradition. I loved to take little plates of food that I cooked for her to try; and being the great neighbor she was, she loved everything. She will be missed but not forgotton as the spring flowers are on their way. Thanks for the memories Bettye. To Bettye’s daughters and family, my prayers are with you and I wish you all the best.
