Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
To Mrs. Provine and all your children, My name is Pam Carter and I had the pleasure of knowing Bill because Lorra Ewy and I performed his CT scans at the Wichita Clinic several times over the years. I was saddened but not surprised to see of his recent passing. We knew he was not doing well the last time we saw you folks at the Clinic and I feared it would be the last time I saw him. Please know that we cared very much for Bill as we also do for you Mrs. Provine. He still had a smile for us that last day we saw him and I know you will all truelly miss him. He was a very good and a very sweet and kind man who we will miss seeing. Please take care of each other and know that we care.
