Bartlett, Billie Fern (Johnson), 85, retired Love Box Company corporate secretary, died Wednesday, February 28, 2007. Billie was born in Lucas, Kansas and moved to Wichita in 1939. She married David Bartlett in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1941. Memorial service 1:00 P.M., Saturday, March 3 at Eastminster Presbyterian Chapel. Survivors: husband of 65 years David Bartlett; sons, Douglass D. Bartlett of Kailua-Kona, HI and Mark O. Bartlett (Leigh) of Wichita; daughter, Karen M. Galbraith (Frank) of Wichita; sister, Ann McDonald of Wichita; grandchildren, Jana Truman (Jerry) and Jeffrey Bartlett and Alex Bartlett; great-grandchildren, Jacquelyn Monger and Michelle Monger. In lieu of flowers memorial has been established with Hospice Care of Kansas, 3241 E. Victor, Wichita, KS, 67208.
