Harper, Billie Rae, 76, former executive secretary and office manager for Harpers Inc., passed away April 6, 2010. Visitation 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Thursday, April 8, 2010 Downing Lahey West chapel. Memorial service 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 10, 2010 at Anderson-Clayton Brothers Funeral Home, Kemp, TX. Billie Rae was preceded in death by parents, Lester and Opal Bevill, husband, Royce, and sisters, Shirley Bevill, Janel Bevill. Survivors: children, Royce D. Harper, Jr., Richard Harper and Sabrina Blaylock, all of Wichita; siblings, Marietta Hunter of Desoto, TX, Donna Jones of New Braunfels, TX and Clifton Bevill of Waxachie, TX; grandsons, Cody Harper, Christian Blaylock and Brandon Blaylock.
