Blaze Bayou Arrington,18, a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, fiancé and friend was called home on Wednesday, December 24, 2025

Blaze lived life with big energy and an even bigger heart. He loved dirt-track racing, riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers, and just spending time surrounded by family and friends. Blaze was the happiest when he was living in the moment and sharing that infectious laugh we all know and love. Blaze was employed at Allied Battery on South Seneca and had attended Campus High School. At the age of 15, Blaze made the choice to be an organ donor. By doing this and making the selfless choice, he has not only been able to save multiple lives but also bring comfort to his own family by allowing his legacy to live on by helping others in the community through the Midwest Transplant Network. He is no doubt a hero, and it is no coincidence that he is going out in a true ‘Blaze’ of Glory.

Blaze is survived by his father, Kenneth ‘Kenny’ Ray (Tiffany) Arrington: mother, Nicole Danyell Inez Arrington; grandmother, Trenia Arrington; grandfather, Johnnie Smith; great grandmother, Millie Miller; fiancĂ©, Monica Dewees all of Wichita, KS. brothers, Gaven (Sabriya) Mork of Kansas City, KS; Keaton (Jade) Voegeli of Wichita, KS; Gunner (Tabby) Arrington of Wichita, KS; Bo Arrington of Wichita, KS; Lucas Walker of Sarasota, FL; sister, Bristol Arrington of Wichita, KS; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Cynthia Smith of Wichita, KS; grandfather, Denny Arrington of Wichita, KS and grandfather, Glenn Dreiling of Wichita, KS.
