Brian David Kelly

Brian David Kelly, 56, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2014. Brian was born March 26, 1958 in Wichita and graduated from North High School in 1976. He married Rebecca Creed in August of 1984 and had two children, Rachel and Patrick. Brian cared deeply about his community and participated in the local HOA. During football season, he would be found cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium. His parents, Adrian and Joanne (Magathan) Kelly, and brother, Patrick Kelly, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Kelly; daughter, Rachel Dodge (Mike) of Houston, TX; son, Patrick Kelly of Wichita; grandson, Logan Dodge; sister, Marilyn Browne; brothers, Greg and Brad Kelly, all of Wichita, along with many nephews and nieces. Visitation with the family, 5-8 p.m., Thursday, May 29; Memorial Service, 1 p.m., Friday, May 30, both at Downing and Lahey Mortuary West, 10515 W. Maple in Wichita.
