Guestbook

  1. Carl used to work on my and my family’s cars over the years. He was a master mechanic and, actually, the best of the best. He installed a new engine and transmission in my ’87 Chevy. The car operated like the work was done at the factory. He will be greatly missed.

  2. I really enjoyed listening to Carl talk about the car projects he worked on during his career in the automotive repair business. I cannot remember the name of the company that he worked for, but I know they were lucky to have him and he seemed to appreciate the close relationships that comes with a smaller company. I know that his in depth knowledge of auto mechanics had to have been quite invaluable to his employer and his co-workers. The other big impression I’ve always had about Carl was that he came to church very regularly and for all of the right reasons. He wasn’t there to impress others or simply to socialize, I believe he was there to worship. His straight forward style as a liturgist was effective and sincere and was a public testament to his faith.

  3. Rest Carl, until you hear at dawn, the low, clear reveille of God. Thank you for your service to this nation. U.S. Army, Korean War.
