Lee, Jr., Carl, 76, Retired Insulation Salesman, died Friday, January 30, 2009. Service is 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Downing Lahey Mortuary East. Survivors include wife Doris, daughters; Debbie (Rick) Smith of Augusta, Tammy Thomas of Pineville, MO, Sandy (Jerry) Middleton of Peck, KS, grandchildren; Jeff (Laurie) Smith, Dusty (Karrie) Thomas, Melissa Thomas, Chloe Middleton and Piper Middleton. In lieu of flowers, memorial has been established with First Presbyterian Church, 525 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67214.
