Carmelo Brentlee Casanova Our precious and beloved Carmelo Brentlee Casanova went to be with our Lord on Sunday morning April 22, 2018, surrounded by his family, at the age of 12. Carmelo loved God, his family and many friends. He enjoyed board and video games, collecting action figures, and gorillas were his favorite animal. His favorite place to go was Nana and Papas and Gram and Grandpas. He liked trying new restaurants and was on his way to becoming a master chef and food connoisseur. Carmelo was an organ donor, and as a result, two children can now see. Preceded in death by twin brothers, Sonny and Xavier. Survivors: parents, Carlos and Elena; siblings, Daphne, Beckham and Mila Casanova; grandparents, Brent (Rhonda) Helm, Blu Martinez, Salem (Steve) Gray and Gloria Helm; uncles, Joseph, Skylaar and Collin Helm.
