Carol Kay Keilholtz, 74, former office manager, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully, Sunday, July 5, 2015. She was surrounded by family and loved ones at the time of her death. No funeral services or memorial are planned. Ms. Keilholtz was a 1958 graduate of Macon High School, Macon, MO, and attended classes at Mesa Community College, Mesa, AZ. She was a talented artist and loved music. She was active in her church, Sunset Church of Christ, in Springfield, MO, until her illness required her to move to Wichita to live near her son for assistance. Preceded in death by husband, Jim Bowzer; mother, LaVerne Hall; stepfather, Virgil Hall; sister, Judy Massey. Survivors: sons, Steve Griner of Wichita, Mike (Ashley) Griner of Murfreesboro, TN, Kevin Keilholtz of Mesa, AZ; grandchildren, Jason and Justin Griner of Wichita, John (Katie) Griner of Washington, DC, Andrea, Landon and Addison Griner of Murfreesboro, TN, Sierra Keilholtz of Denver, CO, Brittney (Chad) Simnitt of Wichita; sisters, Pat Cozad of Bevier, MO, Vickie (Mike) Burke and Pam Darr of Macon, MO, Jacquie Hall of Huntsville, MO and many nieces and nephews.
