Carolyn Phillippe

Carolyn Phillippe passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 13, 2022. She was born in Wichita on September 12, 1939. Preceding her in death were her parents, John and Betty Koons. Survivors, loving husband, Glen Phillippe of Wichita; three children, John Phillippe of Wichita, James (Marlo) Phillippe of Goddard, KS, and Gina (Kary) Dixon of Maize, KS; and five grandchildren. Among her favorite things were sports, traveling, collecting, horses, dogs, cats and most of all her family, friends and the Lord Jesus Christ. Upon retiring in 2002 from Donovan Auto Center, she enjoyed volunteering at Via Christi St. Francis for many years. Visitation will be 10:00 am, Funeral Service will be 11:00 am, both Monday, March 21, 2022, at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Via Christi Foundation, Inc., 3600 E. Harry, Third Floor, Wichita, KS 67218.
