Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Ruth & Family: I was sorry to hear of Chuck’s passing – I have many good memories of working with and for Chuck in Grand Island, NE at Farm Credit. And I have several pieces of his stained-glass art work. He used to work on his stained-glass pieces during the week when he was away from his family and lived in the apartment in G.I. He was a good and gentle man and it was my privilege to know him for those few years so long ago. May God’s peace be with you all in your sorrow at your great loss.
Ruth,Brett,Todd & Sara- We are so sorry for your loss.Chuck was always such a sweet and gentle soul, whether you saw him out for a walk,at the store or at the church doors giving Sunday Morning greetings to all he came in contact with. A shake of the hand, pat on the shoulder and always with a smile on his face that was just an overspill of joy in his heart for life. I have many fond memories of Chuck when I was much younger and how he would put up with some of the things that Todd and I did back then. But even when we had gone a tad too far, such as the water baloon ambush of Brett on summer nights,he would tell us to watch it then kind of snicker and shake his head. And those Sunday afternoon football games. Moments like those I’ll always treasue. Now, Jesus has welcomed Chuck with a hand shake,a pat on the shoulder and the warmest Sunday morning smile ever seen. Earth’s loss is now Heaven’s gain. I and all of my family send you our deepest sympathies and most of all our prayers for healing and God’s grace and love to help you thru this difficult time. With prayers and love to you all, Brad Gurley, Dylan Gurley & Nancy Nickelson
