Daily, Charles “Loy”, 74, retired, U.S. Navy Veteran, Kansas Highway Department and City Water Department heavy equipment operator; died Wednesday, November 29, 2006. Memorial services at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, December 2, St. James Episcopal Church. Survivors: wife, Eila (Simkin) Daily and her children, Elizabeth Brace, Kathleen Kaiser and Theresa Morris, all of Wichita; sisters, Faye Jaggard, JoAnne Fowler, Adeline Wood all of Emporia, KS and Mary Clemmer of Tampa, KS; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorials to: Derby Senior Center, 611 Mulberry, Derby, KS, 67037-3533. Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
