After a 10 year battle with multiple myeloma, Chris Frasco passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at the age of 67, while surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Dodge City, Kansas, to the late Ralph and Mildred Spencer. An entrepreneur at heart, Chris enjoyed using her talents in many areas. Always up for a new challenge, she spent 8 years on the Maize School Board; taught cosmetology classes at Xenon School of Hair Design; was a retired purchasing analyst at Boeing; ran Kelly Interiors, her own window treatment business, and worked hand-in-hand with her husband, Dennis, in their family business selling "Shocker Fireworks" each summer. Chris was also involved working with various local charities. A visitation with the family will be held from 4:30-6:30 pm, Friday, March 30, at Riverlawn Christian Church. The funeral service will be at 2 pm, Saturday, March 31, at Riverlawn Christian Church. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery at a later date. Survivors include her husband, Dennis of the home; daughters, Brendy and Kelly Frasco, Mandy Vangorp (Marc) all of Kansas City, MO, Tim Frasco (Stacia) of Wichita; brothers, Corey (Julie) Spencer of Lenexa, Curt Spencer of Mesa, AZ; grandchildren, Hayden Frasco, Henley Vangorp, Harper Vangorp, Camden Frasco and Hollyn Vangorp, as well as a large extended family and a vast number of friends.
