Clair Henry John Pat Curry

Curry, C.H. Clair Henry John “Pat,” died at St. Francis Hospital Wichita, Kansas on November 13, 2013. He was born into a large family on October 23, 1918 in Ottawa, Kansas. After graduating from Williamsburg High School in 1936, he moved to Wichita and began working at Beech Aircraft Corporation where he worked for 42 years. Prior to serving in the US Navy during World War II, Pat met and married Ruth Cook who predeceased him in 1969. They had one child, Charles C. Curry of Lees Summit, Missouri. He later met and married Margaret Lancaster in 1979. She resides at Georgetown. Pat is survived by his wife Margaret, his son Charles, two grandsons, Christopher and Patrick and two great grandchildren, Cassandra and Connor. Pat was a gentle loving man who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Services to be held, Friday November 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Downing Lahey Mortuary East.
