Survivors: wife, Merle; daughters, Eileen Schippers of Wichita, Susan Hopkins of Cedar Park, TX, Ramona Soza of Belle Plaine, Carol Gilchrist of Valley Center and son, Vincent Schippers of Wichita; brothers, Lawrence, Jerome and Elmer; sisters, Pauline Korte, Alice Meysing and Thelma Moore; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
