Connie Ruth Weber, age 79, a Devoted Child of God and a Faithful Servant for Jesus Christ, completed her earthly pilgrimage and finished the Liturgical Season with Thanksgiving and Grace. She entered eternal life on Friday, November 28th, 2025, —just one day after Thanksgiving and on the Feast Day of Saint Catherine Labouré—a fitting moment for a woman whose heart was always centered on gratitude, faith, and the Blessed Mother.
Connie was a loving wife for 59 years, a nurturing and devoted mother, and a deeply cherished Meme whose love left an imprint on every person she met. Her life was marked by sacrifice, quiet strength, and unwavering prayer.
She passed away peacefully during her afternoon nap, wrapped in God’s mercy and protection. Her transition to eternity was as serene as the faith she lived each day—trusting, and full of hope in the promises of Christ.
Connie’s legacy continues in the hearts of her family.
Rosary will be at 6:00 pm, Tuesday, December 2, 2025; Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, both at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.

I am so sorry for your loss. Lossing a parent is never easy. I want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I always enjoyed my time growing up at the house with all of you. Always felt like one of the family. Just remember all your memories and know she is smiling down and watching over us now.
Love always,
Michelle & Beverly Heimerman

Although we didn’t live close to each other, I was always excited to see my Adams family. Picnics in Sterling or Uncle Harry and Aunt Barbara’s home was always a place I will remember. There were so many to see and although it was just a fast visit, I always enjoyed seeing every one. Connie was so sweet and will be missed.
