  1. To my Uncle Curtis who was so cool who had a black car with a sunroof when I met him (if I remember right) to the really cool fish aquariums he had, the one who I thought was weird because he listened to a band called the Spin Doctors, the one who loved his peanut M&M’s, gave the best hugs and always smelled so good and always had that smile on his face and of course was an avid 💛KC Chiefs fan ❤. He was my Aunt’s best friend, my cousins Dad and their #1 fan. Gone way too soon. Love and miss you already ❤ your niece Michelle my Bell

  2. Curtis was my buddy. When he would always come out to give an estimate he would always said “Hi Sugar” and give me a hug. We would talk about the family and Dad. I would kid him about his cell phone. He had a flip phone and it wasn’t until a few years ago he got a smart phone. He always had that big smile. He will be missed by so many.

  3. CURTIS WAS MY NEIGHBOR FOR YRS VERY NICE MAN AND FAMILY HAD PARTIES BLOCK PARTIES HE WOULD HELP ANY 1 CLEANED MY RUGS MANY A TIME CAME DOWN TO SEE OUR NEW HOTRODS SORRY FOR UR LOSS JAMIE PRAYING FOR HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS RIP CURTIS RIP

  4. Curtis was my cousin and golfing buddy! He always was practicing to try and beat me! I loved going to hang with him at HaLee basketball games and I will never forget the time he played so bad at golf that he ended up taking his shirt off and told me he was going to get a tan since he couldn’t hit the ball good that day! Love you buddy and miss you so much!

  5. So sorry for this loss. My prayers go out to you all. I’ll always remember our Thursday night bowling Curtis always seemed to be running late. We always had a great time.

  6. Curtis was my student at Goddard High School, and I hadn’t seen him in a long time until a few years ago, when he came in to my office while working with Steamatic. I so enjoyed catching up with him and hearing about his kids and family. My deepest sympathies and condolences to the Roland family.

  7. Condolences and prayers to the Roland family. Mr Roland was a avid Friends University basketball fan. May he rest in Eternal Peace. James Jemmerson & Family

  8. I lived next door to Curtis and Jamie for 5 years. Curtis was larger than life and a good friend. He was always willing to help out. He was just as close as one of my Military friends. Fair winds and following seas my friend. Manoah Mangum and family

  9. My heart goes out to all of the Roland family for their loss of this very warm and friendly man. He always had a smile for everyone and was taken way too soon. With deepest sympathy, Denise Poort.
