Dan D. Shreve

With great sorrow we note the passing of our husband and father Dan D. Shreve on November 11, 2021. He was born in Wichita, KS on May 25, 1949 to Deryl and Margaret (Fry) Shreve. He graduated from Goddard High in 1967 and Friends University in 1971. Dan’s favorite pastimes included pheasant hunting in western Kansas, vacationing in the mountains, growing tomatoes in his garden, and taking care of his dogs. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his wife and daughter. He was a kind and gentle man who always saw the best in others and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He was a devoted husband and, in Sara’s estimation, the best father who ever lived. Left behind to miss him every hour of every day is Linda, his wife of fifty and a half years, and his devoted daughter Sara. He is also survived by one sister, Linda. Rest well, we love you and we will see you again.
