Daniel Prichard, 74, Retired Aircraft Manufacturing Safety Engineer, died Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Memorial Service will be at 2:00 pm, Sunday, October 16, 2022, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by his brother, Larry Prichard; parents, John and Frances Prichard. Survived by his wife, Geralyn Prichard; sons, Brent (girlfriend, Danielle Ely) Prichard of Ellicott City, MD, Ryan Prichard of Mountain View, CA; daughter, Cara (boyfriend, Tony Kim) Prichard of Manhattan, KS; brothers, Mike (Roses) Prichard of Los Angeles, CA, Tim (Donna) Prichard of Arkansas City, KS, Tom (Sheila) Prichard of Benton, KS; sisters, Patty Randa of Wichita, Teresa (Bob) Stader of Lancaster, WI, Karen (Fred) Heersche of Mulvane, KS, Mary Lou Prichard, Joanne Edmondson, both of Wichita; several nieces and nephews. Dan was a classmate of my husband (Darryl Meyersick) and me, Marsha (Mitchell) Meyersick all through grade and high school. We thought of Dan as a “math wizard” and liked him as a friend. I was privileged to have Dan and Geri’s son Brent as a piano student in the early 90’s and Dan’s sister Karen as a student in 1989. We are sorry for your loss and will be thinking of you especially on Sunday. We have a previous commitment at 2:00 or we would be at Dan’s service. Blessings to all as you go ahead in life.
We would like to offer our condolences to Dan’s family. We have known Tom and Tim for many years and want them to know we are thinking of them. We have lost siblings as well and understand your grief. So sorry for your loss.
