Daniel T. “Danny” Towey, 58, beloved brother and friend to many, worked at Boeing and Spirit AeroSystems for 38 years and co-owner of Southrock Billiards and Sports Bar, passed away Monday, August 1, 2016. Rosary, 6:30 p.m. followed by a Visitation with the family at 7 p.m., both Friday, August 5, Downing & Lahey Mortuary West. Funeral Mass, 1 p.m., Saturday, August 6, Church of the Blessed Sacrament. Preceded in death by parents, Raye and James Towey; brother, Tim Towey, and sister, Mary Towey. Survivors: sisters, Patty McCall (Tom), Colleen Young (Rodney), Theresa Newby (Eddie), Kathy Dorion (Barry) all of Wichita; brothers, Mike (Lynette) of Las Vegas, NV, Kelly (Debbie), Jim (Janine), John (Carol) all of Wichita; 31 beloved nieces and nephews and many cousins, friends and sports fans.
