David Lewis Jeter, 83, Independent Insurance Agent, died Saturday, September 2, 2017. Memorial Service will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, September 9, 2017, at Downing & Lahey East Mortuary. Preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Dorothy Jeter. Survived by his wife, Judith Jeter; son, Jed (Lisa) Jeter of Augusta, KS; 3 grandchildren.
