Dennis C. Denny Tajchman

Tajchman, Dennis C. “Denny”, 79, was called home by Jesus on Tuesday, February 4, 2014. He grew up on a farm in Ramona, KS with 7 siblings. Dennis married the love of his life, Evelyn Casey, on May 17, 1969 in St. Paul, KS. He served in the United States Army, was a member of the Association of Professional Ball Players, the Wichita Area Association of Realtors, All Saints Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. Dennis enjoyed studying and assisting with the production of oil and leasing land. He had a love for farming, gardening, animals, fishing, playing cards, and spending time with his family. He was a loyal sports fan and his true passion was watching his son, daughter and grandchildren play sports, especially baseball. He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Theresa (Reznicek) Tajchman of Ramona, KS. Survived by his wife, Evelyn; children: Casey Sean (Stephanie) Tajchman, Tiffany Ann Tajchman; sisters: Rita Strafuss of Manhattan, KS, Alfrieda Morgan of White City, KS; and 5 grandchildren: Connor, Logan, Nathan, Ella, and Olyve Ann. Rosary will be at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, February 9, 2014; Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Monday, February 10, 2014, both at All Saints Catholic Church, 3205 E. Grand St., Wichita, KS.
