Rudy, Dolores Joy, 81, retired co-founder Superior Building Maintenance, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2012. Visitation with the family, 6-8 p.m., Thursday, February 16; Service, 11 a.m., Friday, February 17, both at Downing Lahey Mortuary West. Survivors: husband, Ralph Rudy; children, Kelly Rudy of Las Vegas, NV, Chris Rudy of Los Angeles, CA, Debbie Dahna of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Mike and Kevin Rudy, Jessica and Jasmine Dahna; brother, Rolly Clark of Colorado Springs, CO; sisters-in-law, Peggy Wheeler (Richard) of Wichita, Patricia Rudy-Baese of Santa Fe, NM. Memorial established with American Cancer Society, 330 S. Main, Suite 100, Wichita, KS 67202.

My grandma raised me from age 9 in Wichita, Kansas. She truly was an amazing grandma and teacher and I want to thank her for everything she did for my sister and I. She was so smart and creative and could sow clothes like nobody else I knew. She would sow Halloween costumes for us girls for many years. She would come and support my singing concerts and much much more. You accomplished so many things while you were on this earth. I love you now and forever rest in peace.
