Donald Joe Navarre

Donald Joe Navarre 69, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on July 4th, 2020. He was born to Jack Navarre and Martha Joann Jones on May 30th, 1951 in Tulsa Oklahoma. They preceded him in death as did his sister, Fonda Knorp, and brother, Terry Zundle. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Navarre; his daughter, Michelle Carter, and her husband Michael Phillips. His stepchildren, Tyler McCune Courtney McCune and Preston McCune. His grandsons, Tanner Carter, Christopher McCune, Brock McCune, and Braven McCune. After retiring from Boeing security he worked for his best friend Mark Issidro in sales and driving a semi. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, playing golf, and going to the lake. He recently signed up two grandsons to follow in his footsteps for golf lessons. He also enjoyed watching his grandsons play football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling. He always had a story to tell or many life lessons to share. Many family and friends remember wonderful times at the lake and many fishing trips to Beaver. The past few years he looked forward going to cruises with his family. He lived a wonderful life and we live with a lifetime of memories. Just like Elvis, he did it his way!
