Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
My name is Gale Blankenship, and I am Billy Crook’s cousin. I never had the pleasure of meeting Dorothy, as I live in Wa. state, but I am sending you, her family, this message to extend my sincerest sympathy for your loss, and to let you know how deeply saddened I am by this tragedy. May God richly bless each one of you and be very near you in this sad & difficult time. (Romans 8:38&39)
Family: I am Linda Kinser James Ledford. I have not met any of you except Sheila. I knew Dorothy from infancy. We lived and went to church in the bethel community. What fun and happy days those were. I vividly remember when her dad was in the mva and her life changed so suddenly. Sending my love and sympathy to you all at this time.
Dorothy we will miss your sweet spirit in Grove 1st Baptist Choir. You were a woman of few words but I enjoyed the talks that we had. Your heart was a heart of love and service for others. Take care of my grandson Connor for me until I can be reunited with him again.
Wendi & Family Sorry for the loss of your loved one, words are never enough to take away the pain. Heaven has a new Angel that will be smiling down on you.
We got to know Dorothy through our Sunday School class. She was lovely, and she so loved her Lord. Even though we may have not had a close friendship, We will remember her smile, and as she sang in choir, her eyes lifted to the heavens………singing now in the heavenly choir.
I was Dorothy’s Sunday School Teacher for the last year. It was always great when she could be here for class and class events. We will miss her smiling face and sense of humor. She was a blessing to me.
Our condolences to Mrs Reece’s families. We didn’t know her but have known her son Chad for years. He’s a heck of a guy. Do anything for you. God Bless you Chad and your children.
My sincere sympathy to Dorthies family. She won’t just be miss by her family but all of us from her SS class also. I wish I had gotten to know her better but what I did know I admired. God Bless You All Mary Erb
It was my privilege to have Dorothy in my Sunday School Class @ Grove First Baptist Church for 2 years. She was a very lovely person with a sweet smile. She will certainly be missed. God bless and comfort her children and grandchildren.
I have not known Dorothy for very long but what I loved about her was her strong spirit, her faith and her love for God. She had an awesome sense of humor and was always ready for a good laugh. She was a very valuable member of her church, 1st Baptist, in Grove, where she was a regular in the choir and her S.S. class. I will miss her greatly.
