Dorothy Jean Allen

Allen, Dorothy Jean, 90, retired childcare provider and homemaker, died Friday, November 28, 2014. Jean is survived by her sons, Larry (Sheryl) Allen of Wichita, Gary (Janet) Allen of Beloit, KS; grandsons, Andy of Manhattan, KS, Eric and Trent of Beloit, KS; in-laws, Dwight (Sue) Allen of Wichita, KS, Patricia Lister of Arizona; sister-in-law, Pearl Brees of Derby, KS; host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Dwayne; parents, Villie and Emma Brees; brothers, Marvin, Floyd, Delford and Bud Brees; sister, Rita Neckita. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M., Monday, December 1, 2014, at Downing Lahey East Mortuary. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 2, 2014, at Fairmount United Church of Christ.
